At Listing Xpert, we value our clients and stand by the quality of our services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to make the process as transparent as possible. This policy applies to all our subscription plans:

• Basic Plan – $375
• Pro Plan – $625
• Ultra Plan – $825
• Team Plan – $1299
• Monthly Plan – $199

1. Cancellation

• Cancellations requested within the first 60 days of purchase are eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee.
• After 60 days, cancellations will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing cycle.

2. Refunds

• We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all plans.
• Refunds are only applicable if requested within 60 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Partial months or unused services after 60 days.
• Failure to use or benefit from the services due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., client inactivity).
• Violations of our Terms & Conditions.
