The exact nature and scope of services delivered will depend on the subscription plan chosen by the client.

2. Eligibility & Client Representations

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or utilize our services.
• By subscribing, you affirm that all details you provide (including payment, business, and contact information) are accurate, complete, and current.
• You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Clients may select from the following plans: Basic – $375, Pro – $625, Ultra – $825, Team – $1299, and Monthly – $199.
• All fees are payable in advance at the beginning of the billing cycle and are non-transferable.
• Failure to remit timely payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which offers a 60-day money-back guarantee applicable to all subscription plans. Refunds outside the guarantee window will not be entertained.

5. Client Duties & Conduct

To ensure optimal delivery of services, clients must:

• Provide timely and accurate business-related information.
• Respond to reasonable requests for clarification or materials.
• Refrain from misuse of our platforms, misrepresentation of results, or dissemination of misleading claims about our services.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Clients are prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, or exploiting these assets without express written authorization.

While Listing Xpert employs advanced strategies, systems, and resources to maximize client success, outcomes may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including market fluctuations, consumer behavior, and client engagement. No guarantee of specific results is made or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Listing Xpert shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or connected with our services.
• Our aggregate liability, if established, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the plan under which the claim arises.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client data and business information are handled in strict accordance with our Data Policy and Privacy Policy. Listing Xpert maintains confidentiality of client materials and will not disclose sensitive information except where legally required.

10. Modifications to Services & Terms

Listing Xpert reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue certain features or services at its sole discretion, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the core value of purchased subscriptions. Updates to these Terms & Conditions will be effective upon posting to our website.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. All disputes, claims, or controversies shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts located within Wyoming.
